The purchase of a $10 raffle tickets enters you to win a 90 minute family &  friends practice for up to 15 people in your backyard or park. Location needs to be within 20 miles of the studio. Practice will include partner & group poses with some call and response chanting if the group is open to it! $200 value

During his search to find a regular teacher, he met Kenny Graham, and he fell in love with Anusara Yoga. He learned tools while practicing this style that helped him to personally heal, and address many life-changing events he was facing at that time. 

After Prashant realized how yoga transformed him, he felt a calling to share this beautiful practice. So, he started on a journey to get his certification to teach to be able to bring yoga into the lives of others, and help them benefit as he had. He completed his teacher training certification with Kenny Graham, Samantha Shakti, and Abby Tucker.
