Shipping Information

Orders are processed and shipped from Los Gatos, California within one to three business days of the order being placed. Transit times are provided by the carrier and vary with package destination. Transit times are a mere estimate and may vary depending on the carrier and destination address.

How much is shipping?
Shipping rates are determined by the weight and size of the item(s) purchased, the chosen shipping method, and the destination address.

When will my order ship?
We make every effort to ship items within three business days. We will contact you if there will be a delay. If you need your item(s) sooner, choose "USPS Priority Mail Express," available at check out.

Damaged, lost, stolen, or delayed packages
If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us immediately. All damages must be reported within 48 hours upon receiving your order. Once an order leaves our facility, it enters the domain of USPS, and is no longer in Breathe Together Yoga’s care or control. Breathe Together Yoga is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. In these instances, Breathe Together Yoga is not able to freely replace or refund the items, but we will do our best to assist you in sorting out the situation with the carrier. Please contact your local post office and us here so we can assist in any way, but the issue will ultimately need to be resolved with USPS. This can, in some instances, take a few days to a few weeks. If a package is marked as delivered, but missing from the point of delivery, we cannot be held responsible for refunding or replacing. If an order has been shipped, has not been delivered, and the tracking has not been updated for one week, we will initiate a claim with USPS. Orders are shipped to the provided address. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses will not be reshipped or refunded.

Shipping within the United States
We ship with the United States Postal Service to all 50 states and US territories. The shipping methods offered during checkout are based on your shipping address and the weight of the items being ordered.

Shipping Internationally
Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.

Payment
We accept all credit/debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, along with PayPal. All payments are due at checkout.

Sales Tax
California Sales Tax will be charged to all orders shipped to California addresses.
